This policy lays out how you can change or cancel the different kind of purchases made at Vice City Shop.
OVERVIEW
Purchases in our store may be made as a order, a membership, subscriptions and a pre-order for physical items, Gift eCards, food and Beverages offered to you in our stores and other sales channels. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
THE POLICY
With exception of Gift eCards purchases,
orders only can be cancelled before they get:
"Picked Up" status on Store Pickup orders;
"Out for Delivery" status on Local Delivery orders, or;
"Delivered" status on USwide Shipping orders.
Your eligibility for a refund or credits may depend on the status of the order and subject to our Refund & Returns Policy and the Vice City Shops Customers Customers Terms & Conditions.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it .
You can manage your subscriptions from your Account Hub at vicecityshops.com/account or using the link provided in the order confirmation emails.
Customers are allowed to cancel at anytime their subscription after the third (3) recurrent order, in the case of early cancellations (prior to 3 orders), customers will be charged for the amount discounted from item(s) fulfilled in their previous subscribed orders.Visit our Refund & Returns Policy for more details on returns and refunds
Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date. You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. SUPPORT
If there is an issue with your delivery (i.e. Fulfillment Partner asked you to cancel or Store is closed) and you are unable to self address it through our CONNECTED Support Hub, please get in touch with CONNECTED Support as soon as possible so we may assist you.

AGREEMENT
You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to Vice City Shops Network arising from any product sold at Vicecityshops.com including our other partnering sales channels shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall Vice City Shops Network , its directors, officers, partner or other associate be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to any product sold.
Except as expressly stated herein, Vice City Shops Network expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on this site, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
