All of products sold on VCSN are new and guaranteed against defects for 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions.

• Merchandise must be factory sealed to receive a refund.

• Opened films cannot be returned unless defective. Defective films will be replaced with the same title only.

• Shipping charges are not refundable.  We do not pay for postage on returns.

• Defective novelty items can only be replaced with another of the same item, no substitutions will be made and no refunds will be issued.

• Products from our Adult and Personal Care Categories are non refundable nor returnable.

• Non-defective novelties may not be returned for any reason.
